1Definitions

Communications: Records of your correspondence with us, including support tickets and live chat transcripts.
Government Identifiers: In certain scenarios, we may collect information from your government-issued ID (such as PAN Card) with explicit, separate consent.

With Your Instructors: Your name, progress, and quiz scores may be shared with the course instructor(s) to facilitate your learning.

For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or protect our rights.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

5Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We typically retain user account data and educational records for a period of five (5) years from your last activity. After this period, your Personal Information will be securely anonymized or deleted from our active databases.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances you may have regarding the processing of your Personal Information.
