These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between You (the "User," "Student," or "Candidate") and Professional Strings Assurance and Advisory Services Private Limited, ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Prostrings.co website and the online Enrolled Agent Course Programme.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. BY CLICKING "I AGREE," CREATING AN ACCOUNT, MAKING A PAYMENT, OR ACCESSING THE COURSE MATERIALS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, THE "AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.
1.1. To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
1.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
1.3. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
1.4. Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account login credentials with any other person. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services without any refund.
2.1. Course Description: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the course content for which you have successfully enrolled and paid all applicable fees. This license is for your personal, educational use only.
2.2. Access Period: Your access to the enrolled course(s) is granted for a specified period (e.g., 12 months from the date of purchase), as stated on the course description page at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to complete the course within this access period. We reserve the right to modify access periods for future enrollments.
2.3. Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including course content, features, and availability, at any time without prior notice.
3.1. Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as specified on the Site at the time of your enrollment. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees, which will be added to your invoice.
3.2. Payment: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI) for the fees associated with your enrollment. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.
3.3. No Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and digital nature of the Services, which provides access to proprietary intellectual property upon enrollment, all fees paid for the courses are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as required by applicable Indian law.

5.2. The "Prostrings" name and logo are trademarks of the Company. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
5.3. You are granted only a limited license to access the Materials for personal educational use. No title or ownership in the Materials is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
6.1. No Affiliation Disclaimer: Prostrings.co is an independent educational provider. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States, the Income Tax Department of India, or any other government agency.
6.2. No Results Guarantee: While our courses are designed to comprehensively prepare students for the IRS Special Enrollment Examination (SEE), we do not guarantee that you will pass the exam or become an Enrolled Agent. Your success depends on your individual effort, dedication, and comprehension. We do not guarantee any specific employment, career advancement, or monetary gain as a result of using our Services.
6.3. Services Provided "As Is": The Services and all included content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall Professional Strings Assurance and Advisory Services Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of fees received by us from you in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Professional Strings Assurance and Advisory Services Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that they may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.
8.1. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2. Jurisdiction: The courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
9.3. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by us. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

11.3. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
